The first 3 months were exciting and very enjoyable due to the fact I was meeting new people socials with other placement colleges and getting into the working life After that I got to choose what I wanted to do within the work place I had a few optio
Although some tasks I had to complete were repetitive the majority of them were quite good knowing your doing real work and not pointless tasks is a real bonus
I did very much enjoy my job throughout the year However there were points in the year where work thinned and I lost a little motivation until more came my way
I loved my job during placement it gave me a great insight into a Comp and Ben department and I ensured I would also work with other teams to gain general HR experience
I really enjoyed my placement yet would not want to do it full time Just a year was great as I began to tire of the daily routing after about 9 months It gave me a lot of experience of the world of business yet some tasks got repetitive and there

The actual job was just ok however it was made up for by the great people the skills I learnt which have proved invaluable since
I enjoyed having responsibility and a constant stream of work as long as it wasnt too hectic By the end of the year I was ready to leave
