The Role
Ever learning new things in a relaxed atmosphere.
They got me involved in important projects from early on, some of which they gave me full steer of.
From day one to the very last they were all very helpful and willing to guide me through any difficulties and to support my personal development.
I always had a very exciting next project to embark on but was never rushed to over exert myself.
The role carried a lot of responsibility and I was eased into the role quite well. I gradually took more responsibility in the wider team including been part of the communications work stream.
The skills I developed will I believe vastly help me into becoming a rounded professional. My technical, interpersonal and business skills were immensely boosted to another level.
The Company
Relaxed yet professional.
From day one, I was intergrated into the work enviroment seamlessly.
I was always encouraged to take up internal courses which were on offer all year round and was seconded to other departments for sit ins, so that I could learn more about the business.
