The Role
I really enjoyed my placement and the work was interesting an varied.
Most of the time I felt valued although at times there wasn't enough work for me to do.
My manager was very supportive of me getting the most out of my placement me to develop goals and objectives. The rest of my team were also very supportive.
There were a few times that I had a lot of work to do but there were also many times when I didn't have much to do.
I was given a bit of responsibility but not as much as I would have liked but I think this was difficult due to the nature of the work.
The placement was very useful for me to develop a range of skills that can be used in my final year and in my future career. It was also valuable for the confidence that I gained.
The Company
It was an open plan office which encouraged communication and there was generally a pleasant atmosphere.
It could have been organised slightly better so that I had more work to do. I also think that there should have been more support for a placement 西瓜视频 community eg social events.
I was able to go on a few training courses and generally anything I requested I was allowed to go on.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
The Culture
This is one thing that I think was lacking. I only met the other placement 西瓜视频s twice.
I was still living in loughborough where I got to university so social life was good and cost of living was quite cheap.
Living in Loughborough so had uni social life(apart from staying out late on week nights).
