The Role
I enjoyed it a lot. There was a lot of support from colleagues and a range of tasks and repsonsbilities given to me.
Felt very valued, colleagues would come to me for assistance on workload and gave me additional repsonsbility.
Great support was given both with workload as well as guidance on stress/ mental health
Very busy due to constant rigid deadlines, always busy and kept occupied
was given a lot of repsonsbility thorugh talking to senior management, client and the employer about progression.
