Overview
Sourcing new and existing candidates and job vacancies and matching effectively. Targets set of about 100 calls a month and 25 interviews wherein you register candidates and learn their motivators.
Skills
This sales role has improved my confidence and resilience as it requires you to be quick thinking in a fast pace environment. Remaining professional and tailoring advertising to limit bias is another tool mastered in this role.
Responsibilities
Completely, we were given arguably as much responsibility as any one applying to Hays. This was quite nerve-wracking at the beginning but you were well supported throughout.
Support & Guidance
I received amazing support. From the beginning you have lots of people you can call on and it was nice to have other placement 西瓜视频s in a similar position to you. The training is tough but effective and is continuous throughout the year.
Culture
The culture was good, every single person I have met I have got on with great.
Your Impressions
I had never pictured myself in recruitment prior to this role but the skills I have learnt are invaluable. It has shown me how I work in a way that academics did not. Though I want to go into the creative field I feel as though my time was well spent here but a whole 12 months is a bit intense.
Yes
It is a bit overwhelming at the beginning but after a month or two your confidence sky rockets and one the hybrid working comes in (post 12 weeks for 2 days a week) the work/life balance improves massively. You will be given a lot of work to accomplish but success is highly celebrated and the feeling of helping a candidate get their dream job is great.
