Overview
I recruit for Temporary office support staff in Southampton and surrounding areas. Speaking to candidates who are looking for work or are active on job boards, also communicating with clients to understand what their needs are and what talent they are looking for.
Skills
I have improved communication, team-working, business development, understanding more about company cultures and hiring processes
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility, trained initially and then entrusted to carry out work

I am very happy with the support i have been given throughout my placement

The company culture is great, a very social office with a fantastic office atmosphere - welcomed in very nicely.
