Overview
Responsible for externally hiring into creative and commercial sectors. Managing client relationships, creating marketing for the roles, actively sourcing for candidates, screening sourcing and interviewing candidates.

Responsibilities
Were treated like a "proper" employee, thrown in at the deep end which enabled me to progress quickly and gain a great experience early on.
Support & Guidance
Constant training to continue upskilling, regular management meetings to assist in my development, monthly desk reviews to analyse my targets and how to further improve.
Culture
Great atmosphere, very social but hardworking, team culture is motivating and feels very rewarding
