No
Support & Guidance
Loads of support and guidance, it just felt like the work I was doing wasn't often helpful to the team.
Culture
Everyone was really friendly, social events were fun and frequent. They have a big focus on diversity and charity action.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it, but at times though I was confused about what my role actually was and whether my work was relevant/ actually mattered. My daily activities and jobs also did not match my role title and what I was initially advertised when I interviewed for the role.
Yes
Make sure the people interviewing you actually have a role set in place for you, they aren't just telling you one thing and going to make you do another.
