Overview
My role involved working on a proposal for a project as well as a lot of business development work. I helped with organisation tasks for the team and also undertook work that hopefully led to the development of new business. Furthermore, I did research into potential clients and other research around acquisitions.
Skills
My overall technological skills have increased massively due to work and training done on Excel and PowerPoint. My teamwork skills have also increased by functioning as part of a team and working with great people.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility - working on a real proposal for a project and also doing research that was used on the scope was a big part of the end work, so I feel I was given things to do that made a real impact
Support & Guidance
A lot of guidance - everyone was so helpful and I got a lot of really positive and constructive feedback
Culture
The culture was amazing!!! I have only positive feedback for the company culture as a whole and how everyone on the team operates
Your Impressions
I loved the internship - I had the best time with the best people and the work was really interesting
Yes
My advice would just be to be authentic and try to come across as a positive person that everybody wants to work with - obviously you need the skills and knowledge to succeed but be nice and authentic too
