The Role
I really enjoyed my placement as there was a variety of jobs to do every day and this made it more enjoyable and interesting.
I really felt valued by my colleagues as every time i had a job or had to do something for them they were really thankful for it and they really appreciated it.
My manager is sort of hands off as when i started the previous placement 西瓜视频s were still there and they trained me however when i was stuck on a job he would always support me so he helped when i asked him for it.
It's different everyday as there are somedays where we have late lunch or break and there are some days where it's really quiet usually the workload is mild so not too much and there are plenty of time breaks.
I was given a lot of responsibility such as answering telephone calls, collecting deliveries as well as general IT tasks. Again I am the first line of support when a 西瓜视频 needs help so i was given alot of responsibility.
My hope is now to when ive completed my degree to work in a school as a IT Technician and now i believe i have the skills to work in a school so this placement has helped me in that way.
The Company
It was alot of fun as we are always making jokes, singing etc etc.
Very organized, I knew what i had to do everyday and it was set up really well.
The personal training and development was given to me by the previous placement 西瓜视频s so the company didn't really invest in me.
Company Parties/Events
I would like to think i have a Good chance but because its turning into a BSF i am not sure.
The Culture
It was okay like my colleague who is another placement 西瓜视频 doesnt stop going on about football lol, but apart from that he was quite a laugh to work with,
I had to take two buses to get to my placement as i live in the west midlands and as my wage isnt very big i couldn't afford the train so the cost of that was expensive.
I don't go out clubbing, against my religion.
Alot of the staff play football on fridays in the gym which is a laugh and we went out in november for a meal together which was nice and i also went Go-Karting so there were a lot of activities outside work.
