On a daily basis, I would reach out to colleagues working in different practice areas I was intrigued in to gain a better understanding of their practice area and develop my own awareness of what more Gateley has to offer. Myself and other vacation scheme 西瓜视频s would participate in calls where we learned more about Gateley as a business and the professional graduate development plans available for us. The work tasks we completed ranged from completing draft client emails to filling out forms such as Deeds of Release.

I have developed a greater understanding and appreciation of how corporate practice areas interact with one another. One new skill I learned was how to use certain pieces of software to improve the contextual outcome of the work pieces created.

It was really important to me to understand more about what drives Gateley as a business and the various initiatives they run for diversity and their wider community impact - within every role at Gateley, you have the opportunity to give back and develop yourself professionally with multiple support networks and communities.
