  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Really enjoyed and manager thoroughly supported me and my development

    • Manager was extremely supportive especially with simplification happening to the team

    • always helped whatever the question was or areas they thought i needed help in

    • very Busy, but I like it that way

    • Felt like I was trusted and they helped me develop the way I wanted

    • Learned a lot of skills, but I also learned a lot about myself and what I want to do with my career which is arguably more important

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • We went through simplification which brought the mood in the team around me down but this was effecting the whole company and the manager tried to improve the mood by promoting team events & bring us closer.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?

    • A lot left down to manager, I believe it would lead to a better placement if there was more centralization and had placements around the business.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • I found the courses and my manager was happy to send me on where I felt it would be beneficial, however I was fully supported throughout and would recommend.

    • Hopefully I get a place, they offer a fast track if you do well during your placement

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement 西瓜视频s/colleagues?

    • Didn't really have contact with the other placement 西瓜视频s but I did get involved with numerous clubs and events throughout the company

    • Coventry is fairly cheap place to live

    • Not the best place in Coventry but is close to Birmingham

    • Lots of clubs and societies to get involved with in the head office
