The Role
Interesting and engaging, different every day.
Always been friendly and helpful, feel like a valued member of the team.
Always there and approachable to discuss any work issues that arose.
Relatively busy in relation to the team workload/how many enquiries were coming in.
Quite a lot of supported responsibility, always with support if needed.
Very useful when being interviewed for masters places, experience directly matching modules being offered.
The Company
Professional but also laid back and friendly, when work needed to be done everyone concentrates hard on it.
Ran very smoothly once everything got going, however IS issues initially as no profile set up, unable to use a computer for the first few days so just shadowed.
Been on one training course, information relevant to the team rather than personal development.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Unlikely in the current climate.
The Culture
Yes, go out with a few colleagues outside of work.
Relatively cheap to live and go out, however I did have to take a second job in a bar to manage bills.
Nightlife is good, however I work in the bar its good in.
Aware of sports events.
