The Role
Felt that i was very involved with the work that i was doing. The work was interesting and allowed me to put into practices skills obtained at University.
Felt like i was treated as an equal team member, involved to a great exten in many aspects of project work.
Business restructure had a samll effect on relationship with my manager as he was moved onto a different team. Felt that te support was available if i required it. Overall good.
Work plentiful and interesting for the bulk of my placement
Given a lot more responsibility than i expected.
Skills obtained were invaluable. Allowed me to gain a better level of experience that cannot be simulated at University.
The Company
Friendly, informal but also professional and hard working.
Work had been prepared and i did not feel like i was not receiving a reasonable amount of attention. However, HR queries were often difficult to resolve for somebody in my position.
External training was not possible due to business restructure, however on the job training was plentiful and of a good nature.
