  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Thouroughly enjoyed, would recommend to anybody and would do again.

    • I feel I am having a real contribution to the workplace and that this contribution has been recognised by my colleagues.

    • I was given as much guidance as I required, all my questions were answered by my line manager.

    • Work levels did fluctuate, though there was alsways something for me to be doing.

    • I worked independently, and was expected to use my inititive to solve problems as they arose without direct supervision.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Some of the training courses are applicable for my later career, interpersonal/communication skills ahve been dramatically improved.

    • Very friendly atmosphere.

    • Slow to start due to rquirments for safety training courses, but afterwards was fine.

    • They invested as much as was required for my year, as well as one additional health and safety course.

    • Perfectly able to live within the means provided by the internship.

    • Something for everybody.
