The Role
I really enjoyed my placement. The atmosphere was very friendly which made me feel very confortable. I have been given a variety of different tasks and responsabilities which i very much enjoyed.
The office atmosphere was always very friendly and it was easy to talk to all my collegues. I was also given some responsability and some collegues were coming to me for IT help which made me feel valued.
My manager was very friendly and always here to help. He was making sure that I was well settled and that I had interesting taks to do. All my collegues gave me a lot of support and took time off their work to explain to me what they were working on.
I would say that I had a good balance as i had personal time to work and reseach on the program that I was creating but also I was given a fair amount of work with the team.
I had a great amount of responsability. From project management to developing piece of software that could help the functioning of the team.
I have develop technical skills (such as programing) and also softs skills that will be useful anywhere I go.
The Company
Very friendly and fun
It was organise however some of the event such a power station visit and some other insights in the company were missing.
I had the chance to do several training which were very interesting and useful.

The job propect is quit appealing however i am looking to finish my master before deciding where I would like to work.
The Culture
It was great to meet and hang out with the other placement 西瓜视频s.
I was previously living in London so Nottingham was really cheap in comparaison.
The were no nightlife around my work place, however the night life in Nottingham (which is the closest city were I lived) was great.
They were some opportunity and quit a lot in Nottingham.
