The Role
I would go back to Hays without a shadow of a doubt, it was a great mixture of hard work and fun.
Everyone was very welcoming and it did not take me a long time to feel at home. We managed to plan a lot of out of work events which was a great opportunity for me to get to know each member of the team in a social setting.
My manager was great, every month we would have a review which was very beneficial. I was able to put forward recommendations as well as listen to theirs.
Not only have I developed commercially but my placement year has also developed my personal skills which is invaluable. I have become more confident and approach issues in a different way.
The Company
I went on every training program which was offered to full time employees.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The Senior Finance Team offered me a role as well as another team within the organisation.
The Culture
Based in the City means every day can be a night out, however the price of things is quite expensive. There is always happy hour which everyone take advantage of
