The Role
It was an enjoyable experience as a 西瓜视频 being in the real world of work
Definitely part of the team and everyone was welcoming because I was a 西瓜视频
I had support but compared to my part time job I think it could have been better
Sometimes too busy, but I enjoyed this nonetheless
A lot of responsibility which I had not expected. I also got to try new things and challenges which was alot of fun as well
I received training and on the job learning as well, which allowed me to develop skills for life. It also improved my transferable skills such as being confident, good communicator, being organised etc.
The Company
We worked hard and played hard! Lots of motivation from managers and seniors
It could be improved in some ways but I think everyone learns in different ways so it is impossible to suit every individual's needs
A lot of the training was on-the-job and in the beginning I learnt from my mistakes because it seemed that everyone was too busy to help. But overall I think it made me a stronger because I was self-motivated, which is also an important skill in the workplace
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I would definitely like to explore different graduate job opportunities within Hays
The Culture
I developed good friendship with 3 other 西瓜视频s that worked on the same floor, so we enjoyed sharing our experiences regularly as we were in different departments
Most of the socialising was based on incentives so it was all paid for, which was awesome!
Central London has amazing nightlife anyway
A few sporty opportunities to get involved in but did not appeal to me
