The Role
Working in the Brand team has been great and I've really enjoyed it! It's given me the chance to work with all the different areas of the business on lots of different things from reviewing customer communications (letters, brochures, etc.) to producing short internal videos.
Everyone is really friendly and supportive and happy to make time to help you out/answer any questions you might have. I've been given a lot of responsibility which is great because I've been able to take ownership for projects/tasks and it shows that my manager/colleagues trust me.
My manager is great and is really keen for me to make the most of my placement and help with my personal development (for example through attending lots of different training courses).
There's always a lot to do which is great because I prefer to be constantly busy rather than being bored and waiting for home time.
I've been given a lot of responsibility which is great because it's helped my confidence to grow as well as being a great experience. My manager has always been on hand if I've ever needed anything though.
The skills I've developed will be really useful for when I go back to uni to finish my degree and in future jobs.
The Company
Always very positive and happy, great place to be.
Very well organised
E.ON's been great and from just being in the office on a day to day basis you can tell that it's a company who really wants its employees to develop and be the best they can. There are lots of training courses you can go on.

The Culture
There wasn't one at all, mainly because I was based at a different site to everyone else (the social scene with my team was good though).
Not too bad, definitely cheaper than being based in London.
Good.
