The Role
At first the position was a challenge because of the culture shock from university life to working life but I soon got used to it.
Part of the team. Felt valued and was rewarded for my efforts.
Very supportive manager.
Varied from day to day. There is always something to do.
Loads of responsibility. Part of the team and the business.
Learnt so many skills from my manager. Also completed training Hays hosts for all their staff - Experts and Excellence Training
The Company
Quiet but busy. Get working environment.
I was treated like a perm member of staff. Very well set up.
Hays are very good for their training. Constantly trying to improve me and move me forward.

Always out for food/drinks.
Reasonably cheap. Lived at home which saved a lot.
