The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in my placement as it taught me so many valuable skills I can take away with me.
My team around me were the main reason I enjoyed my placement so much.
My manager was available at all times if I had any questions, they always made time to sit down with me and go through everything to make sure I understood.
A lot of responsibility was given to me on my first day at the business, as much I found this stressful at the beginning I am grateful now as I can see how much I have improved, and the skills that came from this.
During my placement I had to construct a report around my placement year, and even through that I can see the skills I have learnt and developed are already helping towards my university work.

In the first month of working, we were sent to a weeks course of training about the job.
