The Role

The trainning programme with Hays was great. There was always someone to answer your questions and you were constantly learning and developing your skills and knowledge
The Company
The office was great, there was a complete mixture of characters and personalities. We regurlarly had office days out.
The intern programme is very structured and follows a training course over the year
I had a lot of training. I had a four day course based in the London office with a group of interns as well as one on one coaching sessions with my office manager
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Hays offer a returner bonus and I would love to come back to Hays because of the progression opportunities with the company on an international scale
The Culture
Living in London is expensive, but there is just so much to do that you don't get in other cities in the UK - it's been amazing!!
The nightlife was great, we regularly went for drinks after work on a Friday and for office nights out when we had met targets
Hays do a big Christmas party and summer conference every year where all the offices in the region attend. These were always good nights! On an office level, we had several team days through out the year doing different activities from paint balling to meals out.
