The Role
I really enjoyed working with the rest of the team
I really enjoyed working with the rest of the team and was made to feel welcome
I was given the support to complete university assignments
The main aspect of my job was based around working with the contractors so my work load depended on theirs so there were times when I was really busy and others when I was asking for extra jobs to do
My responsibility was the document control for the team so I had to ensure that this was completed to a suitable degree and on time
The Company
Working with engineers made the office lively!
When I first joined I create some targets/objectives for my time with the company and these were reviewed every 6 months. I also had weekly meetings with my line manager
Company Parties/Events
I've already been assessed for the graduate scheme at E.ON
The Culture
We had team building nights out and when something went well.
I lived at home with my parents and on nights out stopped with colleagues who lived nearby.
There wasnt anything really nearby the power station so nights out were in Nottingham
Events such as games of rounders and football were organised by colleagues
