  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I'm quite happy with the internship on the whole, and I enjoyed this period.

  • I've been treated as a member of the team and have been involved in most of the strategic discussions since the first day. My opinion has always been respected and listened to.

  • My managers were always ready to provide answers and guidance

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • In most days I wasn't very busy. I feel that the work could have been structured in a more efficient way.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I've been following a project of high importance for the team. Also, after the first two weeks, my colleagues started to leave me more room to act independently. I still feel that I could have had more responsibility, though.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • It's early to say, but I think I have gained some precious insight on the world of asset management, which is also the focus of my studies, so I expect to have an extra gear for my final year at university.

  • Relaxed and informal in most instances

  • Good organization for being the first internship organized at that office. Still some improvement can be made in the organization of the work.

  • Lots of training opportunities, and colleagues ready to go into the details of technical topics.

  • We were just two at that office, but the atmosphere was very good.

  • Low compared to the place I normally live in.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Quite a few in the beginning. Less during August (holiday season, few people from work were there).
