The Role
I enjoyed y work at E.ON thoroughly as i was trusted with responsibility and given the right kind of guidance.
My team was very supportive and encouraging. They were great people to work with.
My project required me understand how the CRM team functioned. My supervisor was always present to help me when i got stuck but he would allow me to take my decisions.
Not too busy. It varied from day to day.
I was given the entire responsibility to run my project by myself.
It has really helped me improve my communication skills
The Company
The atmosphere at work was lively and energetic. People were friendly and always willing to help.
It was decently organized.
I did not receive any personal training.
