  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed the variety of work I was given, however I did feel a bit lost at times.

    • I have received a lot of positive feedback which has helped boost my confidence

    • I always knew who to ask when I was stuck on something or had a question.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • The work flow was sometimes unsteady. Sometimes I was rushed off my feet and other times I was waiting to work to come through. However it was still a good balance in general, and it got me used to what working as a consultant is like.

    • Lots! Sometimes I felt a bit overwhelmed!

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • For my module on Renewable Energies, I have learnt most technical knowledge during my placement.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • Nice, the office was lively, however a bit too loud at times.

    • Well by my mentor, however the help from above that was not entirely there

    • I was given the opportunity to do some practical courses even though I would only go on site a handful of times. I really appreciated that.

    • Living with other undergraduates really helped.
