The Role
I enjoyed the working atmosphere and getting up and going to work everyday .Yet i don't think the role was 100% suited to my interests.
I had a good relationship with my team mates , however sometimes i felt some of the work i did wasnt valued enough.
Left to my own devices quite a lot , this worked ok because im the sort of person who would seek work because i dont like being bored but that is not the case with all people. They always ha dmy best intrests at heart though.
Being on a project environment , often this is the way it works.
My responsibiltys varied from time to time .
I feel i have learnt the soft skills needed to work in a organsation environment , my confidence has grown , as well as my communication skills also .
The Company
I really enjoyed working with my team mates.I especailly enjoyed our team events , i went water rafting , go karting and we were taken to do archery too.
My boss was away on my first day . They had forgot i was coming but there were positives because after i told them what i was intreseted in they made it more structured. It was slighlty my own fault that it wasnt well organised anyway because i was taken on last minute.
They provided some driving lessons , i would of liked to go on an excel course because i was using spreadsheets alot and feel it owuld of benefited them also, as i could of got work done quicker.
