The insight covered two days the first day was in person and the second online The first was run by an external training company and the second involved a day of talks given by various people in different divisions within Schroders

Has been lifechanging Opened my eyes to how life in an office is and developed my insight into the financial markets but predominantly how projects are implemented and the effect they have on the company
