Commercial & Operations Graduate Trainee

As Commercial & Operations Graduate, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping Belron’s success. You’ll contribute to maintaining our position as the global market leader, whilst ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and service remain at the heart of our technicians’ work.

What will I be doing?

Working in our Commercial or Operations function, you’ll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme.

In Operations, you may have the opportunity to work alongside our Innovation team or Operational Excellence team. You’ll support with reviewing our technical processes and exploring ways we can improve, through embracing cutting-edge technology, improving safety, and maximising efficiency. You may also spend some time supporting directly with frontline operations, gaining an understanding of how we support our technicians to provide excellent customer service every day, and contributing to processes which keep our business running effectively and efficiently.

In Commercial, you’ll be working closely with our Group and Business Unit Sales teams, contributing to the growth of our key accounts. You’ll support with activities such as reviewing pricing strategies, managing our product portfolio, and developing relationships with some of our largest customers.

By working in our Customer focused Commercial & Operations teams, you’ll be working in the heart of Belron. Here’s an overview of what the team does:

  • Strategic Vision – We’re the architects of commercial strategies, from pricing to product management.
  • Key Partnerships – Our team collaborates closely with Key Accounts in insurance, fleet, and lease and rental.

Who we’re looking for

To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated, or expect to graduate with a bachelor's degree in any subject area. You must also have the right to work in the UK for the duration of our programme.

You don’t have to have studied a particular degree to join us, but there are some specific qualities we look for in our candidates. You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas. We also look for people who are aligned to our values: Collaborative, Driven, Caring and Genuine.
