Finance Graduate Trainee

Join our Belron Global Trainee Programme and embark on a rewarding career journey, with opportunities available at both our international headquarters (Belron International) or as part of our UK business (Belron UK t/a Autoglass and Laddaw). Our programme is designed to challenge, inspire, and cultivate your leadership skills in real-world scenarios. With us, you're not just starting a job; you're stepping into a role that shapes the future.

As a finance graduate, you'll rotate through three key teams, diving into dynamic projects that influence global markets and shape our business. Along the way, you'll refine your leadership skills, take charge of high-impact initiatives, and gain the expertise needed to become a chartered accountant and future leader in our organisation.

What will I be doing?

Working in our Finance team, you’ll maximise value and set the business up for decades of success. We’ll accelerate the development of the business and nurture our values. Our vision is “to be a trusted partner to the business by being dynamic, being curious, being unafraid to challenge, staying ahead of the game, and using data insightfully to drive decision making”.

As a finance graduate, you'll transition through our Finance function, working with three pivotal teams, tackling a variety of projects and making your mark in global markets. Each rotation is a step closer to mastering our business operations, end-to-end. By the end, you'll not just understand our workflow - you'll be instrumental in shaping it. You’ll also get to take the lead on impactful projects, honing your leadership skills and preparing you for future managerial roles across the organisation. By the end of the programme you’ll be well on your way to becoming a chartered accountant.

Some teams you could be working with include:

  • Group Finance - Our Group Finance team drives active group-wide performance management to grow Belron's enterprise value, enabling strategy execution and unlocking value from Belron’s key drivers, using a data-led planning, forecasting and reporting framework.
  • Group Treasury - Group Treasury manages the Group’s treasury risks and ensures the Group has the appropriate level of funding and liquidity to support sustainable business growth and performance.
  • Group Risk & Performance - Our Global Risk & Assurance team is responsible for four key pillars; Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Enterprise Risk Management and Global Insurance. Each pillar has a different role to play in supporting Belron's approach to risk (identifying, assessing and managing it) and assurance (how we get confidence that risk is being adequately managed by the business).
  • Regional Finance - This team guides, advises and challenges the Regional Lead Team on the delivery of their financial and business goals, while providing functional leadership to the finance teams, ensuring compliance with group practices.
  • Strategic Projects - The purpose of Finance Strategic Projects is to lead & deliver change across the Finance function that improves end-to-end ways of working & delivers against the long-term ambition for finance, enabling enhanced business performance.
