Employee Communications Role
We have an Employee Communications Executive Placement role within the Communications team. As part of the Employee Communications team, you will support our UK and international markets, crafting engaging content and executing communication strategies that resonate with employees across the globe.
What You'll Do:
- Create and Communicate: Assist in crafting engaging content for various channels, including events, video, digital screens, slack and email. Help design visual materials that align with eBay鈥檚 brand identity.
- Event Support: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute employee events, both virtual and in-person, enhancing engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Campaign Development: Contribute to the development and execution of communication campaigns that support business objectives and promote a positive employee experience.

About The Teams:
eBay鈥檚 UK Head Office is based in beautiful Richmond right on the riverside, easily accessible from Central London. The team is made up of diversely rich backgrounds and people from all around the world. We鈥檙e a relatively small team in the UK so you will need to be able to navigate well across different parts of the business & be flexible within your role. This will enable you to relish the opportunities that come your way and take advantage of also being part of a large, global company.

What We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 Degree with a graduation date between September 2026 and September 2027.
- Available to complete a full-time placement starting during September 2025 until the Summer of 2026 (exact dates TBC).
- On track to receive a 2:1 or above in a Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 Degree
- Excellent social skills
- A bias for action
- A customer first mindset
- Demonstrates a keen interest in e-commerce through buying and selling on diverse online platforms
- Passion and curiosity
- Flexibility to navigate a constantly evolving ecommerce landscape
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build phenomenal relationships
- A good use of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A data savvy approach
