Morgan work together to serve clients and how each role contributes to the firm’s overall success. Learning directly from professionals in areas like Markets (Sales, Trading, Research & Structuring), Investment Banking, and Asset and Wealth Management, among others, helped me appreciate the day-to-day responsibilities, the skill sets required, and the different career paths available. It also made it easier to identify which areas aligned best with my strengths and interests. The exposure to so many perspectives not only deepened my understanding of the financial industry but also made me more confident about the next steps I want to take in my career.
