Overview
There was a graduate panel (virtual on day 1, in person on day 2), talks from EY employees about their career, with a focus on their time at EY, some general tips from people who work there (e.g. interview tips, how to excel in the workplace) and a mock assessment centre at the end of day 2. It was a hybrid programme - the second day involved lots of networking as well as presentations.

Business Insight
I now have a stronger understanding of the different service lines. There were short talks/panels from people in specific roles but they didn't go into it in too much detail. I think I learned the most from talking to interns at lunch, although the presentations were helpful and there were lots of opportunities to ask questions throughout the day.
Culture
Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and spoke positively about the culture.
Your Impressions
It was fun. I found it quite tiring having to constantly network (but that's just me) but the day was well-planned and had a good structure. I enjoyed the interview advice and practice - practical work was much more interesting than listening to speeches, although everyone who gave one was very charismatic and friendly.
