Overview
It was an Amazing experience. Day 1 we got an overview of the programme, had the chance to participate in multiple group activities as well as heard talks from senior professionals in the company. Day 2 was focussed on banking aspect of HSBC, while day 3 was focussed on markets, finishing with a networking event. Day 4 was winding up and more about skills development and the rest of the process.
Skills
Learnt to work in a team much more, with dragons' den type activity as well as many other collaborative projects
Business Insight
It felt enlightening and the clarity with which they were presented made it very understandable as well.
Culture
It was very collaborative and open and all the employees were open to have a chat

I truly enjoyed the insight, I could see a lot of time and effort had gone into planning and creating it
