The Role
Got very boring at times when production was low.
Some value, but felt looked down on by my supervisor
Was left to the previous 西瓜视频 to train my during a month cross-over, she got away with a lot as she was highly favoured and so left out quite a lot of information that I needed to know. This then reflected badly on me durong my first few months.
Mostly bored, enjoyed the odd day of 'business'. Nearly left part way through as there was just not enough work for me to do.
Each person was responsible for samples and making sure everything for done that needed to be in the week.
Was very generic, very little specialised testing and no in-depth knowlege required, however did improve my confidence.
The Company
Tense when the section manager was in, but lively when she wasn't in and in the manufacturing areas.
Recieved manual handling training
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Would not work under my superviser again but would perhaps work in a different section of the lab.
The Culture
People were friendly and often breaks were taken in groups.
Expensive area to live and nothing to do with everyone else commuting in.
None!
