Overview
I was part of the incident response team within Glasgow. Daily tasks involved keeping up to date with the latest cyber incidents and dealing with incidents and threats against the company.

Responsibilities
I was given a good amount of responsibility. There were many tasks i was assigned to complete independently. In terms of tools, I was granted access to a good amount of applications, none of which could impact real world work for obvious reasons.
Support & Guidance
Support and guidance from my team members and manager were great. Whenever I had any queries there would always be someone eager to help.
Culture
Company culture was very good. The company strive in creating a friendly, diverse work place. The company also has core values which ensure first class business is delivered while maintaining an enjoyable workplace.
