Overview
Completed 1 week of training and 3 week rotations across 3 different desks. Day to day involved pitches, presentations and networking with other desks.
Skills
Became proficient with Bloomberg and Excel.
Responsibilities
We were not able to take on responsibility in terms of trading or speaking to clients as we are not licensed to do so. However, we took on responsibility of sending out morning emails, summaries of calls, pitches etc.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support and guidance. I was given a dean and a younger mentor to guide me through the internship.
Culture
Great company culture. Environment is very collaborative, and teams supported work life balance.
