Overview
On a day to day basis I rotated across various teams on the S&T division. I worked on different projects such as making an credit swaption pricing model, optimizing pricing sheets, thinking about strategic trading strategies.

Responsibilities
Yes, the project on which I worked where used for clients and integrated in the process.
Support & Guidance
A lot, I was guided by a buddy and dean with whom I had regular catch-ups.
Culture
The culture and general atmosphere was really open. On thursday we often went doing drinks. Moreover, everyone was really open and approachable.
Your Impressions
I think the internship is an amazing experience to obtain a feeling/ get a glimpse of working in the financial industry/ a bank and gave me many opportunities to develop.
Yes
I think it is good to do a lot of research into MS's business. Moreover, be aware and updated on everything that is happening in the markets. Try to speak to one of the employees of the department in which you're interested to apply for and show genuine interest.
