Overview
I worked with other programme attendees on various projects related to the work MS employees undertake on a daily basis, such as trading games and pitching ideas. I also networked with many MS employees, learning more about their roles and the bank.
Skills
I enhanced my networking and communication skills, as well as more technical knowledge surrounding the sales and trading division, such as how to price various assets.
Business Insight
Very interesting, allowing me to gain a greater knowledge into the skills required for specific divisions.
Culture
The company culture was discussed extensively during the week, and the various diversity and charity initiatives MS undertake make the environment seem very inclusive and a nice place to work.
Your Impressions
Very much so, learning about the culture of the firm and meeting lots of employees was throughly enjoyable, and I鈥檓 looking forward to returning next summer.
