Overview
The programme consisted of multiple sessions that differed from day to day; the first day was more generalist and involved welcome sessions with senior employees. The next couple of days were more divisions specific and included Q&A sessions, networking events, desk insights and more technical sessions.
Skills
The sessions were particularly useful developing networking, collaboration and communication skills. The technical sessions gave insight into the skills that may be needed in interviews.
Business Insight
Great, there was an insight into how the different divisions worked together.
Culture
All the individuals that I met on the programme were super engaged and clearly passionate about the work they were doing.
