Overview
Technical knowledge delivered in seminar-like structure. Networking lunches and drinks with peers on the insight programme and other employees.
Skills
Networking tips and technical knowledge on valuations and macro influences.
Business Insight
Spoke to a good number of employees from around the business, and had the chance to follow up with specific people whose roles interested me.
Culture
Everyone was keen to help, employees I networked with and HR who helped run the programme. Junior and senior staff were approachable and happy to be involved throughout the week.
Your Impressions
To a large extent. Enjoyed my time, so waking up early and staying up late wasn鈥檛 a problem.
