Overview
On some of the days it was mostly talks and panel sessions with a mix of activities including trading simulations, shadowing on the trading floor and networking events with a range of different people from the firm
Skills
I learnt more about the day-to-day life for someone who works in sales and trading and the skills necessary to succeed. I was able to develop my public speaking skills, networking skills and analytical thinking skills
Business Insight
It was extremely interesting as I was abe to learn so much in such a short period of time
Culture
It was great, it seemed like such a nice environment to work in and a lot of people were working together giving it a very collaborative culture. Eve try one was very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions.
