Overview
We got to hear a series of talks from different teams within the division, along with trading games, networking and icebreaker sessions, workshops etc.
Skills
Better networking amd communication skills, confidence, presentation, increased knowledge of Investment Management
Business Insight
Learning about daily roles and responsibilities, along with challenges faced was extremely insightful. Got to learn in-depth about the industry and career paths available.
Culture
The company culture fosters growth and inclusivity. I witnessed that diversity was given utmost importance and company values were encouraged and followed by everyone.
