Overview
Rotate across 3 different desk in the sales and trading department. This include sales, trading and structuring roles in fixed income and equities.
Skills
Yes, one of the best things about the programme is how much you get to learn on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
As you do not have the license to trade you cannot effectually have actual responsibilities but they have tones of daily simulations for you to practice and learn.
Support & Guidance
I had support and guidance from several stakeholders across the firm. Everyone is willing to help you as they have all been through the same process.
Culture
Amazing, one of the reasons MS is so great is the people.
