Overview
The insight was very educational. Day by day I spoke to directors and graduates working in different teams within Savills. On the Development viability team specifically I did some comparison work to estimate the value of some developments.
Skills
I learnt how to use a tool called Argus. Refined my Excel skills. developed my critical analysis
Business Insight
it was very insightful. Speaking to multiple people from across various roles gave me a strong understanding of what they do
Culture
The culture is amazing. Everyone is very willing to give you their time, even if they are in a senior role.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it. Some days where I was tired leaving my house, a jolt of excitement will course through my body when I walked into the office.

Genuinely have a heart/passion for Real Estate. Try and narrow that passion down to something more specific like Development or sales within Real Estate. Use that passion to justify why you should work for Savills
