The Role
Everybody was very friendly.
I feel they were pleased when I assisted them with their work.
Answered my questions when I had a query
Times when I had no work to do even though I repeatedly asked for more work.
As I am not from a property background I knew I wouldn't get a great deal of responsibility early on. However, I feel I grasped the jobs I was given very quickly and could have then contributed more to the team.
Gave me the opportunity to interact with people on a professional basis. However, I only really learned the basics.
The Company
Relaxed and friendly atmosphere while still lively and could tell people were busy at work
Quite a few events however I am unsure if the team knew what to utilise me for at times
Mainly just talks about sectors, not much more. No skills sessions.
I think they would be a good firm to work for and the graduates there seem very happy with the training they are givem.
The Culture
People often went out for a beer after work which was good.
It is Bond Street/Berkeley. Therefore very expensive.
Good bars and clubs although always expensive and quite busy.
No sporting activities for interns which would have been fun.
