Overview
Shadowing graduates through drop in meetings with team members. Learning and being introduced to industry specific terminology- specifically within sustainability. Creating power-points and presentations using real life data through internal software such as GRESB and SavillsIQ. Networking events with board directors, including division specific talks and presentations which gave great insights into the specific divisions within Savills.
Skills
Significantly improved my ability to use software such as Excel. Learnt very important industry specific skills Developed skills specifically tailored to improve career including leveraging your network and tips for career progression.
Business Insight
The programme was very insightful in displaying all of the available roles within the business and the pathways and methods in which they were accessible. Team were very friendly and eager to answer absolutely any question regarding their career journeys which really helped to inform our decisions much better.
Culture
Absolutely Amazing!! By far one of the most significant and determinative factors that has led to me rating the programme so highly. The 'people' culture and warm, welcoming atmosphere is one hundred percent one of the strongest reasons for this being a success. They are all very welcoming and eager to help.
Your Impressions
It was absolutely amazing. Had a great mixture of both in-person and virtual, in office, out of office events which provided great variety within the insight.
