Overview
Great insight into development viability. Most of the days where spent report writing, reading design reports from client's architects and breaking down the location and description of the site and projects. I was able to provide quick research if a team member required more information on a specific subject. Away from the team, I attended overviews, detailing the different roles, and required skills. Including APC insights.
Skills
ARGUS, development Viability software How residential property is developed, i.e. affordable and private housing. Research skills, looking at GLA documents, section 106 agreements,
Business Insight
It was easy due to several overviews spread across the week. Investment, BPM, Planning etc.

Quite Flat structure Easy to speak to senior members of the team open door policy.
