Overview
Undertook a valuation for a portfolio of properties. This included: Inspections of the site, being a part of the due diligence process, ringing agents for rental comps, and helping with the valuation and modelling process.
Skills
Yes. I understand the property market more (both local and national). It has also improved my modelling skills and given me a new skills including using Argus Enterprise.
Responsibilities
Yes. I had a range of tasks given to me and gained skills in numerous areas.

A large amount. Both through the team I was working with and through networking sessions / talks provided by Savills
