Receive additional exposure to other aspects of the business through department overviews meetings and talks. Socialise with the team at organised events and meetings. Attend site visits, travel to the other offices to get to know the other teams. Work on current projects and be engaged with the team. Office lunches walks and talks.

I have developed my communication skills within a team environment and IT skill. Research and analysis skills relating to property and valuation. Problem solving skills, project organising and time management. Note taking and interacting virtually, engaging in team meetings, networking with clients and colleagues. Emailing and calender management, being timely, responsive and positive. Knowing when to ask for help and clarification for tasks given and processing through large amount of tasks diligently. Solcialising with the team at events and getting to know them all well is highly rewarding.

I have a real understading of the goings on of the department that I am in "Development" and the going on of the surounding departments of Planning and Agency. Talking will all sectors of the business about what they do and having a detailed break down of the other secotors of the busines and what they consider when they are valuing, consulting, surveying, planning, interviewing and think. Knowing the bredth of diffrent specialites and department that all surport one another.

Excellent culture of possitive, interactive and engaging colleuges. Happy to go invite you out for lunch every lunch and invite you to all the partys and events. Office is active but not loud, can foucus and launch into the tasks set. Younger graduates close to our age are all friendly and active. Surportive and eger to make sure I get the best and most relevent experince not just set to grunt work. Talkative member all around that are inquisitive and ready to help where issues arrise. Would highly recommend to anyone on cultural and possitivity alone.

I enjoyed the insight into the business entity as a whole. The understanding of how holidays and tax and the organizing, the work life balance. The process of getting the insite was natural and intuative therefore not boring or just data that you recall. I think it will be very helpful everything i have learned and that it will help in the next steps that I need to take to get what I want and managing my expectations on time scale and scope of the work needed.
